Delivery times are for illustrative purposes only. Packages are generally delivered within 10 to 12 working days after receipt of payment. This period includes the preparation of the order and the delivery itself from our factory in Germany to your home.
However, we can extend this period by 16 working days by sending you an email informing you of the delay.
Beyond this maximum period, the customer will be contacted to decide either on a new delivery method (at JumboBag's expense) or on the cancellation of the order. The cancelled order will be fully refunded to the customer. No damages or interest can be demanded by the customer from JumboBag

Delivery is currently open to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The standard shipping method is by La Poste, DHL or DPD Express (depending on the size of the parcels) with home delivery.

Softy JumboBag, excluding other products from the catalog:
Delivery of Softy cushions is possible at home to all countries of the European Union without restriction by Colissimo. The prices for the different countries are displayed directly in your basket.

Delivery costs are not included in the selling price of the products.
The delivery rate of JumboBag products for home delivery is generally 12.90€ including VAT for France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria. For Italy and Spain, the rate is 15.90€ including VAT. Finally, for Switzerland, the current rate is 28€ including tax and includes 14€ in customs duties. TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RECEPTION OF THE GOODS:
The transfer of responsibility for the goods between JumboBag and the carrier is carried out as soon as the latter takes charge of the parcels. The transfer takes place once again between the carrier and the customer once the customer has signed the delivery note.
It is therefore imperative to check all goods as soon as they are received. In case of deterioration, record the damage on the delivery note and refuse the package. Please note that the words "subject to inspection" or "subject to unpacking" have no legal value with transporters or insurers.
Should you become aware of a problem after the departure of the carrier, please inform us of it by e-mail at [email protected] within a maximum of 72 working hours following receipt of the order, accompanied, if necessary, by photos of the product and packaging. In the case of a problem related to transport, in accordance with Article 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, please send your protest motivated by LRAR to the carrier within 3 days (not including public holidays).
Do not use blunt objects such as cutters, knives, scissors or others to open your package in order not to damage the product.
Any return and reshipment of the package remains the responsibility of the customer.
